\"image015\"PRIMERO DEBEMOS ENTENDER SALUD COMO: EL EQUILIBRIO ENTRE LAS FUNCIONES Y SISTEMAS F\u00cdSICOS DEL CUERPO HUMANO (COMO LA DIGESTI\u00d3N, LOS SENTIDOS, M\u00daSCULOS, HUESOS, EL CEREBRO, ETC), LAS FUNCIONES S\u00cdQUICAS O EMOCIONALES (COMO SENTIMIENTOS, PENSAMIENTOS, AUTOESTIMA, COSMOVISI\u00d3N, ETC) Y EL ENTORNO O MEDIO AMBIENTE EN LOS QUE VIVIMOS Y NOS DESENVOLVEMOS.
